How to consolidate
If you have more than one folio in the same name or in the same order,
in  the  case  of joint  holdings,  please  write  to us to consolidate such
holdings into a single folio.  If the shares  are jointly held,  such requests
should be signed by all the joint holders. contact Mr. Vinayak Shiralkar .
